Front-End Developer (React/Cloudbees)Washington, DC 20024Job Type: Full TimeLocation: Must be local to support on-site scheduleTallon is recruiting for a senior level React Developer to support front-end development. Expertise with automated deployment using AWS cloud solutions and container technologies is required. This is a full-time position offering W2 salary and benefits. No 1099 or C2C is permitted. Prior experience supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and DHS Suitability is preferred.Role and responsibilities:

• Work as part of a collaborative team, including M365 team, to improve usability and interfaces for a federal government customer application(s)
• Support a solution built in AWS using ECS, Fargate, and Cloudbees and React front-end
• Provide technical and/or management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
• Establish goals and plans that meet project objectives
• Direct and control activities for client
• Maintain overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure technical requirements are met
• Interface with senior management and support client meetings and negotiations, as requested
• Provide domain knowledge and support critical decision-making impacting project implementation
• Support on-site schedule in Washington DCRequired qualifications and experience:
  • U.S. Citizenship (no dual citizenship)
  • Current DHS Suitability or eligibility to obtain secure access
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline
    • Additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
    • 9+ years of front-end development experience and technical expertise with React
      • Additional years of related experience is required for SME level consideration
      • Expert level UI/UX skills including improving usability and interface for applications
      • Experience with automated deployment using AWS cloud solutions and container technologies including:
        • Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS)
        • AWS Fargate
        • Experience supporting advanced CI/CD with CloudBees platform
        • Demonstrated experience working closely with client stakeholders and meeting stated goals for project implementation
        • Experience supervising technical team members
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
        • Availability to support on-site schedule
