Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals committed to excellence and innovation in every aspect of our projects.DescriptionThe APM- Multi-Family- Real Estate Developer will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with the project management team to oversee the development and construction of apartment communities from inception to completion.
• Assist in the acquisition process by conducting due diligence, feasibility studies, and budget analysis for potential development sites.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and meeting minutes, utilizing project management software as necessary.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory authorities.ProfileThe APM- Multi-Family- Real Estate Developer will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily real estate development, with a focus on woodframe construction preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, and MS Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and permitting processes related to multifamily construction.Job OfferThe APM- Multi-Family- Real Estate Developer will receive:
