The estimated base salary range for this role is "$97,060.00 to
$167,750.00" per year.
Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise,
experience, and other relevant factors

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Solutions, the Customer
Solutions Architect will conceive, design, develop, test, and
integrate new elements for software technology that powers the
company's ProjectWorks Design and Pre-Construction Service. This
work will be in support of aggressive growth across all business
units including Mineral Fiber, WAVE, and Architectural Specialties.
With a focus on user experience and user efficiency, the incumbent
will be responsible for digitally developing new and existing
product lines, features, tools, and functionality into the
ProjectWorks software platform.
Utilizing a creative design and agile workflow approach, this
individual will guide all planning, scope, and requirements
definition, functional design, prototyping, development/build, and
test phases of software development, while also maintaining code
quality at an advanced level. This will include integrating with
manufacturing and other business software that ProjectWorks and the
company currently utilize.
This position requires an elevated level of collaboration with both
internal and external development teams, while also fostering
critical relationships with other key members of the ProjectWorks
Team, the company's other technical teams, and customers.
ProjectWorks continues to push the boundaries of how digital
technology and software can be used to streamline the construction
process from design to installation, while also providing a
best-in-class customer experience.
