Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Belcamp, Maryland. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to key human resources functions, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with policies. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities: • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new and departing staff. • Coordinate with candidates and new hires to facilitate pre-employment requirements and provide necessary resources. • Act as a liaison between managers and internal departments to support efficient HR operations. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations, including HIPAA standards. • Support benefits administration processes, addressing employee inquiries and maintaining accurate records. • Utilize HRIS systems, such as ADP Workforce Now, to manage employee data and generate reports. • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, fostering positive employee relations. • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and screening candidates. • Maintain accurate documentation and records to support HR audits and reporting requirements. • Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and workflows to enhance efficiency. • Proven experience in human resources administration, preferably within a regulated industry. • Proficiency in HRIS systems, with strong experience in ADP Workforce Now required. • Strong knowledge of onboarding and offboarding processes. • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and other compliance standards. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
