Job Description
Corps Team is recruiting for a part-time HR Director on behalf of our client. This position requires 10 hours per week, with on-site work 1-2 days per month in the DC Metro area.
Responsibilities

• 
  
• Serve as an HR Generalist handling diverse HR issues.
  
• Manage full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for HR-related matters.
  
• Draft and update employee handbooks, performance management plans, etc.
  
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal laws.
  
• Disseminate information on HR programs, policies, and procedures.
  
• Establish positive employee relations and advise managers on coaching and discipline.
  
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
  
• Manage employee benefits.
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred; equivalent experience may suffice.
    
  • HR certification (SHRM, PHR, SPHR, GPHR) strongly preferred.
    
  • Minimum 12+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years at a Sr. Manager or Director level.
    
  • Experience with recruiting platforms, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and ATS software.
    
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
    
  • Ability to build strong relationships and handle ambiguity.
    
  • Available for part-time hours during 10-4 EST and in-office 1-2 days/month.
