Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate engagement, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
• Place and update job postings and advertising in various media.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and implement them to enhance the recruitment process. Requirements:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter, preferably in an HR department preferred.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, other recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
