Position Summary
Responsible for the recruitment, training and verification of
Therapeutic Foster Parents in the York, PA area, within the
CRR/Host Home Model. Must have the ability to independently
complete complex documents efficiently and assess strengths and
weakness of individual families. Works as a member of the on-call
support team for Therapeutic Foster Parents. Must be able to work a
flexible schedule to meet the needs of foster parent applicants and
verified families. Must be skilled / comfortable in making program
presentations to small groups of people to promote the program /
provide training.

EducationMasters of Human Services (preferred)
Bachelors of Human Services (required)
Experience1 years: Experience working in a Foster Care or Adoption
setting with children/adolescence experiencing emotional/behavioral
problems preferred. (preferred)
