Job Description:

Philadelphia and Radnor locations! Position Summary: The general
responsibilities of the Counter Server position include those
listed below, but Garces Group may identify other responsibilities
of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts,
depending on business necessities and client requirements: Greeting
customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders.
Preparing and serving beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate
preparations, including alcoholic beverages if legally able to do
so. Finishing and serving food items including accurate completion
of takeout and delivery orders. Answering customers’ questions
about menu choices. Promoting and recommending menu options to
customers. Accurately ringing in customer transactions though a POS
system Responsible for adhering to all cash handling procedures.
Maintaining inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting
and scheduling repairs. Keeping the work environment sanitary and
organized. Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency
and quality of service. Working to attract new customers and
expanding customer knowledge of menu and catering options.
