What You ll Do

• Provide anesthesia care as a Medically Directed CRNA (coverage model 1:3, max 1:4)
• Deliver patient-centered anesthesia services across a broad surgical/procedural case mix
• Work alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians to support high-quality care
• Manage anesthesia care across diverse locations and procedures, including Level I Trauma coverage areas
• Support anesthesia services across common services such as Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular & APS, NORA locations, OB/GYN, General, GI, Peds, Plastics, Ortho, Robotics
• Utilize Epic for documentation and charting as required by the facility workflow

What You Need
Required

• Board Certification: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• License: PA license
• Certifications: ACLS and PALS
• Experience: 2+ years of experience (minimum)

Preferred

• Experience: Additional CRNA experience beyond the minimum (2 years preferred, as listed)
• Case exposure: Experience across a diverse surgical mix (as available)

About the Assignment
As a CRNA at York Hospital, you ll work alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a wide range of surgical and procedural areas. With a diverse case mix and Level I Trauma designation, you ll gain experience across multiple specialties and clinical settings. Note: CRNAs cannot do blocks; CRNAs can perform epidurals without a doctor present (per facility details).
