Central Pennsylvania Primary Care Physician Assistant Job

  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible physician assistant
  • Permanent job opening
  • Reason for need: provider relocating
  • You'd work alongside three physicians and three PAs
  • Outpatient only
  • No after hours call
  • Office is open Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
  • Full-time position
  • See 12-15 patients per day on average
  • Appointment times based upon preferences
  • EMR: Medent
• Organization Information:
  • One of only two independent practices in the county
  • Payor mix: 60% Medicare/40% private insurance
  • Competitive compensation - $110,000 (full-time salary - prorated for part-time)
  • Quarterly productivity bonus $2500/quarter if collections exceed $75,000 within that quarter (full-time numbers - prorated for part-time)
