AccentCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Home Health Weekend position to join our team and play a crucial role in providing compassionate, personalized home health care services. This role is pivotal in managing weekend patient care, ensuring treatments and patient interactions align with individual care plans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient health and recovery in a respectful and efficient manner. Provide nursing care and clinical assessments for patients. Coordinate with healthcare team members to execute comprehensive care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Educate patients and families on health conditions and home care techniques. Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques. Strong clinical skills in a home health setting Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment CPR certification Driver’s License for home visits
