Job Description:
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated Certified
Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. This role involves
assisting in the implementation of physical therapy plans and
providing treatment to patients according to their unique,
individualized needs. Our commitment to personalized care offers a

the lives of our patients. Assist Physical Therapists in
implementing treatment plans. Document patient responses and
progress. Educate patients and their families on post-therapy
procedures. Maintain treatment area and equipment. Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Strong
interpersonal communication Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and
modalities Ability to comply with HIPAA regulations Physical
stamina and mobility Proficiency in documenting and reporting 401k
Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license CPR certified
