Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites applications for the role of RN Clinical
Coordinator for our Outpatient Cardiac Rehab program. This position
plays a pivotal role in providing exemplary care for cardiac
rehabilitation patients. The successful candidate will coordinate
patient care activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and
compliance with healthcare regulations. This position is integral
in fostering patient progress, coordinating with multidisciplinary
teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of cardiac rehab services at
our outpatient facilities. Develop and implement patient care plans
in collaboration with healthcare teams. Oversee daily operations of
the outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program. Monitor patient
progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Ensure compliance
with healthcare regulations and maintain patient safety standards.
Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare
providers. Conduct patient assessments and provide nursing care.
Promote staff development and provide clinical education and
leadership. Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth
knowledge of cardiac care and rehabilitation principles.
Proficiency in using medical software and patient care technology.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Current Registered Nurse license. BLS/ACLS Certification.
Certification in Cardiovascular Nursing or Rehabilitation Nursing
is preferred.
