Job Description:
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. Our
mission is to deliver personalized rehabilitation therapy services
to healthcare facilities, emphasizing physical, occupational, and
speech therapies tailored to individual patient needs. As a
Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in
facilitating patient recovery, ensuring they receive the best
possible care according to their tailored treatment plans. Assist
physical therapists in providing physical therapy treatments and
procedures. Review patient status and modify interventions as
necessary to achieve planned goals. Document patient’s response to
treatment and update treatment plans as required. Educate and train
patients in exercises and daily living activities that improve
their health and wellness. Maintain timely, accurate clinical and
billing documentation. Participate in clinical programs and
workshops to ensure up-to-date skills and knowledge. Strong
interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with
patients, families, and healthcare teams. Detail-oriented with the
ability to observe and document treatment effects. Ability to
manage multiple patients and prioritize tasks. Knowledge of
therapeutic exercises and equipment utilization. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist
Assistant state license. CPR certified.
