Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: You will work within
a modern inpatient rehabilitation environment, supported by strong
leadership and a collaborative interdisciplinary care model. Our

Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient
care, delivering treatments, assisting in assessments, and
supporting interdisciplinary care planning in accordance with the
patient's needs. Essential Functions Administer medications safely,
accurately, and based on patient age and clinical condition.
Minimize potential for medication errors by following proper
medication administration procedures. Assist the RN with initial
assessments and patient reassessments per policy. Identify and
implement appropriate rehabilitation nursing interventions. Perform
timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments under RN
supervision. Deliver care based on patient response to treatment
and update the interdisciplinary plan accordingly. Assess and
reassess pain; use appropriate pain management techniques and
educate patients and families. Perform all patient care tasks in a
manner that promotes patient safety and reduces medical errors.
Develop and implement individualized teaching plans based on
patient and family learning needs. Perform other duties as

required Bachelor's degree preferred Certifications: CPR/BCLS
certification required ACLS preferred CRRN preferred Licenses:
Registered Nurse licensed to work in the state of Pennsylvania
Experience: Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an
