Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Case Management - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Position: RN- Case Manager Location: Bel Air, MD 21014-4324 Duration: 13 Weeks Client Name: University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center Bel Air Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Case Manager RN - Days - 40H, no weekends 3YR experience required; will accept first-time traveler with inpatient hospital/acute care experience; EPIC charting preferred Start Date: 03/23/26 Contract length: 13 weeks Shift/hours: 5x8 Days, Monday thru Friday block (08:00 or 08:30-16:00 or 16:30, depending on needs) License/certs required: RN MD state license required; BLS preferred Average Daily Census – 15 cases daily Patient Diagnosis - INPT case management providing and coordinating medical home care, placement & social issues-wrap around type services for safe discharges.
