6/30/27 Board Certified or Board Eligible What Board Certification
is Required: Neurology, Neurosurgery or Radiology What
Certification is Required: Endovascular Fellowship Shift times:
Available 24/7 (7a-7a) when on available via call and can be to
hospital for a case in less than 45 minutes. Ideally 10 straight
days/nights on or 5 on/5 off. How Many 24 call shifts monthly:
10-12 Locums will be working call coverage. IF a case comes in,
they have to do the IR case. Average number of patients typical
cases procedures: Varies APP Coverage: 24/7 APP in house coverage
Physician Coverage: General NCC Epilepsy and neurosurgery coverage
to support this role Are Procedures Required? If so what procedures
are required: IR procedures for stroke patients. Examples below:
Thrombectomies are a must (others can be preferred) Diagnostic
Angiograms NIR procedures: Thrombectomies Coilings Stents AVM
embolization with onyx Angioplasty (vasospasm tx) MMA embolization
EMR equipment: Cerner Credentialing timeline specifics: 3 to 4
months to get credentialed Schedule Days, Nights Dates Needed
