Job Description:
PowerBack Rehabilitation, a leader in post-hospital
rehabilitation, is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist
dedicated to helping patients regain independence after significant
medical events. In this role, you will implement respiratory care
plans, manage ventilation systems, and educate patients and their
families on respiratory treatments. Our focus on tailored and
intense rehabilitative treatments ensures that you will be a
critical component of our patient-centric recovery process. Join us

from surgery, injury, or illness. Assess patient respiratory
conditions through diagnostic testing and physical exams. Create
and implement detailed respiratory care plans tailored to
individual patient needs. Manage and operate ventilators and other
life support systems. Educate patients and families on respiratory
health practices and discharge plans. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive
rehabilitation care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments
as necessary. Expertise in mechanical ventilation management
Proficiency in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and emergency
respiratory care Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team

licensure as a Respiratory Therapist Certified Respiratory
Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
credential Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
