HCRC Staffing is currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist who is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and quality of life in the West Chester, PA area. As a vital team member in our healthcare services division, the right candidate will join a network of professionals providing rehabilitative care that helps patients regain their prior level of functioning and encourages activities and lifestyle changes that promote overall health and wellness. This role necessitates a strategic blend of therapy techniques and personalized patient care plans designed to meet individual health needs. Evaluate the patient’s conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans Use exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment to ease patients' pain and help them increase their mobility Assess the effects of therapy and adjust treatments accordingly Record patient progress and treatment plans in patient records Educate patients and families about what to expect from the recovery process and how best to cope with challenges Proven ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other medical professionals Strong observational skills to diagnose patient issues and evaluate treatments Proficiency in developing targeted treatment plans Ability to motivate and inspire patients through physical health challenges Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises and techniques Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current PT license in the state of Pennsylvania CPR certified Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred
