Physical Therapist Location: Gaithersburg, MD Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $2,160 to $2,354 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist for Senior Living Community City/State: Gaithersburg, Maryland Shift: M-F, 8 Hour Days, 08:00:00-16:00:00 Contract Length: 13 weeks at 40 hours/week Start Date: 12/18/2025 Job Description: Benchmark Therapies is looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week contract assignment in Gaithersburg, MD. This role involves working with older adults and providing high-quality physical therapy services in a supportive environment. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments for residents Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that improve mobility, safety, and overall quality of life Collaborate closely with an experienced rehab team, nursing staff, and other healthcare partners Document services using Net Health Support a positive, resident-centered culture within the therapy department Requirements: PA Physical Therapist license in good standing Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in senior care Two-step PPD or TB skin test within 30 days of start date CPR certification through The American Heart Association or The Red Cross Covid vaccination records or exemption Background check and fingerprinting Resume Physical performed by a physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part III
