Job Description Company Description Multispecialty Ambulatory Surgical Facility. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Surgical Technologist at the Surgery Center of Lancaster, located in Lancaster, PA. The Surgical Technologist will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the operating room for surgical procedures, assisting surgeons during operations, ensuring sterile techniques are followed, and handling surgical instruments. Additional tasks include setting up surgical equipment, anticipating the needs of the surgical team, and maintaining patient safety throughout the procedure. Qualifications Proficiency in Surgical Technology and experience in Operating Room settings Strong abilities in Surgical Assisting and knowledge of surgical procedures Foundational understanding of Medicine and Surgery Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining sterile environments Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
