Expect to: Own triage with confidence Place IVs, central lines, NG/OG tubes Manage anesthesia for critical procedures Perform CPR as part of a trained, coordinated team Use your brain: CRIs, fluid plans, monitoring trends, interpreting changes Assist with advanced diagnostics, radiographs, and procedures Communicate clearly with clients during their hardest moments Partner with doctors and techs to move cases forward efficiently Document accurately and stay two steps ahead of patient needs This is hands-on, high-acuity emergency work.
