Job Description Aramark Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time
Clinical Dietitian I to join our nutrition team at Jefferson Bucks
County Hospital in Langhorne, PA. The hospital is right outside
Trenton, NJ and 30 minutes from downtown Philadelphia. This
position covers the med/surg unit, telemetry, ICU and inpatient
rehab unit. Aramark Healthcare has over 60 dietitians in the
Jefferson Health system. Schedule : Monday- Friday and Every 4th
Weekend Coverage. About the Hospital : Jefferson Bucks County
Hospital is a Level II Trauma Center and has 112 licensed beds.
This location offers a wide range of inpatient, outpatient and
surgical services. Job Responsibilities Assess patient's
nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based
on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on
proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical
protocols and best practices for nutrition care Monitor patients'
progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the
field of clinical nutrition Qualifications Bachelor's or master?s
degree in nutrition or a related field. Registered Dietitian (RD)
certification. At least one year of clinical experience preferred
Licensed Dietitian status in Pennsylvania or able to obtain within
6 months of hire Strong leadership, interpersonal, and
communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and
effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Passion for
improving patient outcomes through high-quality nutrition care.
Conditions of employment include busy hospital and outpatient
settings, from patient rooms/floors to kitchen/serving areas. About
