2026 Start Date SCHEDULE OPTIONS: - Part-Time - Full-Time -
Part-Time to Full-Time - 12 Hours per Week Minimum - 8-Hour and
4-Hour Shifts Available - Monday through Friday - No On-Call -
Exact Hours Negotiable FULL-TIME COMPENSATION: - $190,000 to
$220,000 Annual Income - Base Salary Productivity-Based Bonus

Package Negotiable LOCATIONS: - Rockville, Maryland - Gaithersburg,
Maryland COMPANY PROFILE: This private practice opened in 2013 and
currently employs an interdisciplinary team of physicians,
behavioral health professionals and nutrition professionals, along
with a robust support staff, operating out of offices in
Germantown. The practice provides a full scope of internal medicine
and geriatric primary care services in a variety of settings and
locations. POSITION DESCRIPTION: This is a geriatric primary care
role, taking care to patients in place. The practice sees patients
in assisted living facilities (ALFs) and private homes, with most
patients located in ALFs. The new physician will be scheduled at
one (1) building per day, with occasional nearby private home
visits, ensuring little-to-no travel during the day. The locations
for the position include Rockville and Gaithersburg. Physicians see
between 12 and 18 patients per day. The clinical duties of the role
include, but are not limited to: - evaluation and management of
geriatric patients - chronic disease management - annual check-ups
- minor illness / injury care The practice uses the Office Ally
EHR. The position will start in January 2026 and can be part-time,
full-time, or begin part-time gradually increasing to full-time.
REQUIREMENTS: - Maryland medical license - DEA - Board
Certification or Eligibility, relevant field - no experience
