in-house shifts 10-15 patients Level 3 NICU 18-20 bed unit with
census around 10 patients 2400 deliveries per year HFV oscillators,
conventional vents, bubble cpap procedures Attend high-risk
deliveries and c-sections Chest tubes, intubations, lines required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
