Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
full-semester contract opportunity is available for a skilled
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in a
dynamic school setting in West Chester, PA. This role focuses on
delivering effective speech and language therapy services to help
students achieve their communication goals and maximize their
academic success. Key Responsibilities: - Provide individualized
speech and language assessments and therapy in accordance with
students' IEPs - Collaborate closely with educators, families, and
other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention
plans - Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as
needed - Maintain thorough documentation and participate in
multidisciplinary meetings - Support students across the K-12
spectrum with diverse speech-language needs Qualifications and
Experience: - Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA -
Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in a K-12
setting - Strong knowledge of speech and language development and
therapy strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative
