Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school-based Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed to support a secondary-aged caseload in the Kinzer area. This role serves approximately 3540 students, primarily with Autism and Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), across three school locations (typically one building per day). Position Details: - Secondary-aged students - Approx. 3540 students on caseload - Disabilities primarily Autism and SLD - Services provided across 3 locations - Schedule options (building dependent): - 7:30 AM 2:30 PM or - 8:30 AM 3:45 PM - 34 days per week providing direct services - 4th day primarily reserved for paperwork/documentation - Onsite only (no virtual or hybrid options) - Area-based placement; school details disclosed upon candidate qualification Compensation: - $5561/hour DOE (average ~$58/hour, depending on years of experience) - W2, onsite position What Youll Need: - Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license - School-based or pediatric experience preferred - Strong organization and documentation skills - Comfort working across multiple sites This is a great opportunity for an OT seeking a flexible school-based schedule with a consistent secondary caseload and built-in time for paperwork.
