Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patient evaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient and physician’s orders when applicable.
