geriatric patients in a PACE clinic setting located in Kokomo, IN.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm Start: ASAP Required: Active IN state
license Certifications: BLS, CDS, DEA, BC Board Certified by ANCC
or AANP A minimum of one 3-5 years working with the frail or
elderly population or in an outpatient internal medicine setting
Compensation : Receive weekly paycheck 100% malpractice insurance
