Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety
and efficacy. Provide supervision and guidance to pharmacy
personnel. Experience Required At least 3 years hospital pharmacy
experience required. Education Requirements Bachelor of Science in
Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from accredited School of Pharmacy
License/Certification Requirements Current NJ-PHARMAC license (or
eligible for Pharmacy licensure).
