Job Description Managing/nVeterinarian/Medical Director – Williamsport, PA We are/nseeking a dynamic Managing Veterinarian/Medical Director to lead a/ncollaborative team at The Animal Hospital on the Golden Strip in Williamsport,/nPA. This role offers joint ownership potential but is not required. Key/nResponsibilities: /n - Provide medical leadership,/n ensuring high-quality care and fostering teamwork. /n - Partner with the Hospital Manager/n to achieve hospital growth and financial success. /n - Oversee medical protocols, staff/n performance, training, and mentorship, including new graduate support. /n - Manage financials, including/n budgets, revenue, and expenses, in collaboration with the Hospital/n Manager. /n - Drive community involvement,/n marketing, and growth initiatives. /n As the/nManaging Veterinarian/Medical Director at The Animal Hospital on the Golden/nStrip you will be joining a team of 2 associate DVMs and 10 support staff,/ncomprised of technicians, receptionists, vet assistants and kennel attendants. This brand-new/nstate-of-the-art facility hosts six exam rooms, enclosed surgery and dental/nsuites, a large treatment room, private doctors' office, and boarding for 40/npets. The practice also has a full in-house laboratory, digital x-ray,/nultrasound and therapeutic laser services.
