Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and we currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. If you would like to use your experience and education, to create a positive footprint at our new program, we invite you to apply to this wonderful opportunity.Hourly rate: $35 - $40/hour before differentials!Schedule: 7p-7aTop Reasons why a Nursing position with Pyramid Healthcare - Mountaineer Inpatient is unique:Our Nurses do not have to assist with ADLs: All clients are independent for Bathing, feeding, grooming, personal hygiene, etc.No cathetersNo I/Vs/Ports/MidlinesOur Nurses are not responsible for blood draws (we contract with a national lab who does them)There are minimal physical requirements for our Nursing positions: No heavy lifting, No long periods of standing/walking, etc.No paper MAR's - - we have active eMAREssential Duties and Responsibilities Properly communicates and guides LPN's in client care responsibilities and assignments Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions Medication administration and education to clients Knowledge and delivery of withdraw management protocols (COWS and CIWA scales) Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments Other duties as assigned.Licensure, Education, & ExperienceCurrent RN license in West VirginiaCurrent CPR/BLS, AED and First AidPyramid CORE Values:We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
