Estimated payment breakdown-$1840.00-$1920.00/wk*-$600.00-$680.00
in weekly taxable income-$15.00/hr-$17.00/hr*Estimate assumes an 8
hour shift. Hourly rate may change based on shift length.-$1240.00

preventative services, primary care, diagnostic services, acute
