Job Description and Responsibilities:Willow Valley Communities is looking for RNs to join our team of Independent Nursing professionals as an Emergency Response RN. The RN will provide emergency, short term care to Residents, Team Members and guests. They will also assist with Wellbeing programs in Independent Living.NEW INCREASED SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL FOR EVENING, NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS!!!New increased wages!Starting at $30.00, + based on experienceOpportunities with WVC:Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental and visionGenerous PTO packageWeekly PayCareer growth opportunitiesUse of amenities, such as our fitness center, spa, cafes and swimming poolsPlus many moreResponsibilities:Provide short term assessments and wellness checks to Residents and also responds to emergency needs for Residents who live in independent living.They observe Resident, and record significant conditions and reactions, and notifies Physician of Resident's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol. Hascurrent CPR and AED training.Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal. Takesfinger stick blood sugars. Monitors pulse oximetry.Monitors Residents and works with team to plan and implement changes in status.Responsible to function as a Concierge when coverage is not available.Qualifications:Must have a current PA Nursing licenseSchedules:FT Day Shift, 7:00am-3:30pmPT Day Shift, 7:00am-3:30pmPT Evening Shift, 3:00pm-11:30pmIncludes every other weekendIncludes every other holidayILRN111by Jobble
