  - CST by the The National Board of Surgical Technology (NBSTSA) ONLY &
  - BLS
  *MUST be Experienced Surgical Tech in MULTIPLE SPECIALTIES including General, ENT, GYN & Vascular.
  *Strong Ortho experience required
  *EPIC experience required
  *2 years experience required
