Employer-Based Outpatient Clinic. This is a Full Time, Physical
Therapist opportunity with guaranteed hours. Schedule is Monday -
Friday, no weekends or holidays! The details:Patient caseload at
the IU13 Employer-Based Outpatient Clinic is a mix of post-op
orthopedic (general and total joints), back and neck (manual
therapy) and other musculoskeletal conditions in a hands-on
environment. Be a part of this team with an excellent reputation
for niche programming and service to its patients.Newly remodeled
clinic with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies1:1 patient
treatmentClose collaboration with onsite medical staffHighly
personalized and patient-centered outpatient care to employees and
their dependentsSchedule is Monday - Friday, no weekends or
holidays with limited evenings until 6:00 PMIn addition to
outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy, this site houses an
innovative pilot program focused on movement health. The right fit
candidate will collaborate with the Move Better - Move More --
program based on the foundations of movement-centric solutions for

quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy servicesCollaborate with
other healthcare providers within the onsite clinicDocument with
therapist friendly web-based software and documentation system
(EMR)Utilize FOTO patient engagement and outcome-based toolsManage
relationships and promote physical therapy services, time
management, and communicationThe requirements:Two (2) + years of
outpatient experienceTwo (2) + years of Orthopedic and Manual
Therapy experienceBasic Life Support through the American Heart
AssociationDry Needling experience preferred but not
requiredProficiency with EMR scheduling and documentation
systemsConfidence, initiative, and experience to build employer
relationships and patient caseloadsDegree from a CAPTE accredited
schoolCurrent state licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of
