PENN MEDICINE LANCASTER GENERAL HEALTH, a member of the University of Pennsylvania Health System (Penn Medicine), is a not-for-profit health system with a comprehensive network of care encompassing Lancaster General Hospital (LGH), Women & Babies Hospital and the Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital (a partnership with Kindred Healthcare). Job Profile Summary
Lancaster General Medical Group (LGMG), an affiliate of Penn Medicine/Lancaster General, is seeking a BC/BE family physician to provide high level and patient-centered care at various practice sites located throughout Lancaster County and surrounding communities.

Our practices provide outpatient care to newborns through geriatrics serving a diverse population. Physicians work in a NCQA level 3 Medical Home environment, supported by an advanced team-based care model. This includes regional support from care managers, social workers, clinical counselors, and pharmacists. Additionally, physicians have access to an expanded network of physicians within the Penn Medicine umbrella to provide world-class care to our patients.
