Neffsville Nursing and Rehab - Neffsville Nursing and Rehab are hiring a Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations in Lancaster, PA!
The Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for assessing the need for, developing, and delivering physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.

Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant Full-Time

Responsibilities:

To provide quality physical therapy care within the PT scope of practice in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards
To assist in the evaluation process and with identifying a target list, including short-term goals, long-term goals and treatment plan

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist; BLS certification
Covid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring
