Seeking a full-time Core Faculty member to join our Family Medicine Residency Program in Lancaster County, Pa. The Family Medicine Residency is a three-year community-based program, located in the College Avenue Family Medicine office, a newly renovated suite within the Medical Arts Building, in Lancaster. Our program maintains Osteopathic recognition, is approved to train 12 residents, and offers the highest quality clinical and academic training. For more than a decade, 100% of their residents have passed their boards with scores that exceed the national average. Our faculty members are dedicated to teaching and creating a collaborative environment that encourages resident and physician peer relationships to enhance clinical competency. Required Qualifications: Family Medicine Board Certification (AOBFP or ABFM) Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine - Osteopathic or Allopathic Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Possess or able to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License Prenatal care (recent) Qualified physician to assist with Osteopathic Recognition requirements including OMT MAT waiver or willing to obtain within the first 90 days Preferred Qualifications: Two years of clinical patient care experience Two years or more of teaching experience Women's health experience including Nexplanon and IUD Newborn nursery care (including circumcisions) Adult inpatient care (recent) Anticipated Lifestyle Medicine Residency Curriculum starting in 2022 Anticipated Point of Care Ultrasound curriculum starting in 2022 Details about the position: 60% academic and 40% clinical time Flexible clinical schedule System wide Epic EMR Benefits: Competitive base salary plus incentive bonus Health, life, and disability insurance Medical malpractice insurance Defined contribution plan; 403(b) plan with employer match Professional dues and CME allowance Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Relocation allowance Contact Scott Scheinman at 561-413-9455 or scotts@ihcrecruiting.com
