LPNAdmissions/Access teamFull-Time (PT8 or 64 hrs. per biweekly pay period)Evening Shift (4- 12)
Seeking an experienced LPN to work 4pm - 12am (midnight) on our Access/Admissions team. Provides nursing services, responds to inquiries and referrals, and addresses urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers; in addition, the LPN Access Evenings supports and enhances the organizational mission and philosophy, promoting excellence in end of life care. Must be able to complete 6 -8 weeks min. of a FT, day shift orientation.
