• Focus of our ABA Practice is Skills Development – we do not enroll clients with high aggression and extreme behaviors that lead to client or staff injury
• Flexible Hours- Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8am & 5pm
• No evenings or weekends
• Part-Time client hours assigned based on your availability: from 20 - 35 per week with opportunities to pursue full time positions when they open up

• Opportunities to grow into full time position and other clinical or administrative positions as the company growsA rewarding part-time position working with children (avg age currently 2-10 years) and families to shape communication, learning, and independence skills. ABA Therapists, also known as, Behavior Health Technicians (BHT), will provide consistent client hours each week, one-on-one, using ABA intervention programs to help shape new behaviors and track data in the progress of treatment goals. A designated master's level clinician, called a BCBA, will train, support, and supervise the ABA Therapist (BHT) throughout the process and within the clients treatment.****Opportunities for supervised field work for those staff looking to pursue their BCBA certification (certification not required for the position)****Summary of ABA Therapist Role & Responsibilities· Provides direct, face to face therapeutic and/or educational services to assigned client/s· Builds rapport and maintains clinical boundaries with clients and families· Shows up at agreed upon start time, focusses one-on-one with client and works until agreed upon end time· Collects data to document services provided, obtaining parent/caregiver signatures and collecting other relevant documentation.· Assists supervising clinician to develop and create ideas for therapeutic activities and targets related to the client's Treatment Plan or IEP· Actively participate in required meetings and monthly supervision with direct supervisor· Follows all policies and procedures of Swank ESD, contractual guidelines and maintain HIPAA standardsQUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalence
  • One year experience working with children
  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs and be able to move freely from floor to standing and back again
  • Three positive professional references from current or previous employers, including at least one from a direct supervisor
  • Background clearances as required by the PA Dept of Human Services
