Travel required to primary care practices within the region the NP supports. Hours: Fulltime, Monday - Friday, primarily dayshift hours Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health Physicians - Behavioral Health is seeking a Psych-Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our growing outpatient adult Behavioral Health practice and expand services through a new ambulatory practice structure. This position provides regional outpatient care with an emphasis on collaborative care with a comprehensive team of behavioral health clinicians, including Psychiatrists, Psych-Certified Nurse Practitioners and Licensed Clinical Counselors, supported by a large primary care network. REQUIREMENTS: Valid Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse Valid Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and Certificate of Prescriptive Authority in Pennsylvania is required. Certification by ANCC or other qualifying agency in area of specialty required. Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry is required. Credentialed by the medical staff in accordance with current policy and procedure. 2 years previous experience in a Nurse Practitioner role is preferred.
