OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for implementing and managing a smooth and efficient process to handle all aspects of onboarding a client so that they can begin using treasury management products and services. This involves working with the sales analyst and sales officer to collect the necessary customer information to ensure all contracted services are set-up properly and clients are informed of the product operating procedures. This position serves as the primary point person during the implementation of treasury management products and services for commercial and small business clients. This position will manage all aspects of the client onboarding process to meet the required service level agreement (SLA) for completing new product set-up and billing requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties

* Responsible for completion of implementation forms, customer agreements, product terms and conditions for delivery to the client. Serves as the primary contact person during the implementation of services and identifies cross sell opportunities while assisting the clients with new service requests. Provides demonstrations and completes scheduled training sessions for clients on product usage, as well as with implementing new hardware and software. Provides demonstrations and online WebEx product training for clients. Ensures necessary customer agreements and customer information are obtained. Schedule training in order to complete the product implementation within the required timeline to ensure the billing cycle is completed to maximize revenue. Accurately process and record client implementations. Stay current with system release updates and product changes.

* Become a subject matter expert for all products and services with the ability to act as a resource for internal departments. Maintain good working relationships and open communication within the department and bank. Answer incoming calls within the required service level agreement that is established for key call metrics for the department. Educate and train clients on multiple systems applications. Troubleshoot over the phone and utilize the Internet to host WebEx sessions to provide remote access to resolve technical issues for clients. Able to use and understand multiple systems to support incoming customer requests.

* Process various incoming customer requests that are received by phone and email for updating the client s product set up requirements. Supports the team by completing client requests for product modifications within the required service level agreement timeline that is established for the department. Establish a good understanding of the various internal banking departments in order to route requests to the appropriate areas to complete client modifications. Prepares/completes documentation for product set-up changes, agreements, and product terms and conditions to send to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High School Diploma or the Equivalent Experience. (Required)

Associate Degree or the Equivalent Experience. Specialty: Business or other applicable. (Preferred)

Experience

2 or more years Banking or similar position with a Financial Technical or Software Company. (Required)

1 or more years Working knowledge of operating systems and Internet Browsers, including Windows, Apple, IE Explorer, Chrome, FireFox and Safari. (Preferred)

2 or more years Experience with online banking applications, mobile banking and knowledge of multi factor risk based authentication. (Preferred)
