In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for maximizing opportunity, ensuring smooth project execution, and fostering exceptional customer service during a time of need. Responsibilites · Conduct thorough initial inspections and educate clients on the restoration process. · Develop detailed project scopes, outlining the work required and ensuring client expectations are met. · Coordinate seamlessly with vendors and in-house labor to ensure efficient project completion. · Capture accurate data throughout the restoration process for accurate estimates and reporting. · Secure adjuster approvals for project scopes, expediting the restoration timeline. · Manage all project documentation, ensuring clear communication and adherence to regulations. · Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and client satisfaction.
