Ensure adherence to the Business Excellence stage-gate process and drive projects from initiation to market launch.Responsibilities include:

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple innovation initiatives in accordance with the Business Excellence stage-gate process.
• Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and tracking project plans and metrics for complex innovation projects across I, C & D.
• Prioritizing innovation and key commercial projects and resources, recognizing interdependencies, removing barriers, tackling technical hurdles, and bringing products to market.
• Managing division-wide projects as a community manager, socializing launches and benefits.
• Concurrently managing numerous programs, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Facilitating project status meetings, capturing minutes, and reporting status to innovation and technical leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders.Manage traceability of innovation projects through documentation, project history, and organizational knowledge. Develop and utilize centralized methodologies, tools, and templates for reporting to reduce bureaucracy. Conduct financial analyses for decision-making. Create high-quality, visually compelling metrics reports, including revenue and adoption metrics, using business acumen to derive insights and guide technology uptake.Create and maintain communication documents for project status and documentation for internal stakeholders.
