Susquehanna Fords facility located on 150 Lancaster Pike, Willow
Street, PA, is a new facility from the ground up and is the most
modern in the county. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join
our team as an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I) . If you have a

The Finance Manager will be surrounded by talented team members and
the friendliest colleagues.The Automotive F&I Manager is
responsible for ensuring that customers of our dealership are
satisfied with their transactions and are legally compliant with
all regulations. The Automotive F&I Manager assists the Sales
Management team in constructing viable deals as well as working
with sales staff. This individual is responsible for attaining all
the appropriate goals for reserve, service contracts, GAP, and
aftermarket while maintaining a world class level of customer
satisfaction.We are looking for individuals who have a strong
ability to overcome objections and can focus on the details and
want to grow with a progressive company. This is a commission
position with income based on production, average gross profit, and

Post-Sale and deeply analyzes for improvements.Guarantee the

environment.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsEagerness to
improve.High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
required, College degree preferred or equivalent experience.Two to
four years related experience with knowledge of dealership finance
and insurance procedures, dealership finance experience
preferred.Proficient at structuring deals for maximum
profitability.Well-versed in title laws and registration
process.Professional personal appearance and extraordinary
verbal/written communication skills.Expertise in negotiation and
presentation skills.Active PA automotive sales license or ability
