Job Description:
Neffsville Nursing and Rehab is seeking an Assistant Director of
Nursing RN for our 240-bed skilled nursing facility in Lancaster,
PA!Responsibilities include:Plan, organize, develop, and direct the
overall operation of the Nursing Service DepartmentReview nurses
notes to ensure proper documentation is maintained relating to the
residents treatment, medications, and conditionsMake daily rounds
for observation of the care of residentsTalking with physicians and
visiting selected residentsAssist the Resident Assessment/Care Plan
Coordinator in planning, scheduling, and revising the MDS,
including the implementation of RAPs and
triggersQualifications:Registered Nurse RN with over a years' of
experience in nurse leadership in a long-term care setting as an
