Description:

• 
  Effectively lead, guide, and manage client projects through design, approval, permitting and/ or construction to desired client results
  
  
• 
  Can be relied on to get the projects done on time, within budget, and with good design, effectively addressing regulatory issues
  
  
• 
  Develop and monitor budgets and plans to consistently achieve profitability goals and schedules
  
  
• 
  Provide complete quality designs and technical expertise to projects
  
  
• 
  Managing Civil Engineering projects specifically within Land Development (Site Design, Land Planning, Grading, Surveying, Erosion and Sediment control, Stormwater Management)
  
  
• 
  Zoning and SALDO Ordinance Review
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Bachelor's/Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
    
    
  • 
    Registration or certification preferred
    
    
  • 
    Broad proficiency in all key areas of l and development, technical design and project management
    
    
  • 
    7- 10 years of related experience
