As Director of Marketing at the Dutch Wonderland Resort, you will work with the Palace Entertainment & Parques Reunidos Customer Teams to develop and execute high-performance plans to improve and deliver quality guest experiences, all with the ultimate goal of growing attendance and EBITDA.We are currently looking for a:Dutch Wonderland Director of Marketing & SalesRoles & Responsibilities:

• Direct, monitor, and mentor the sales and marketing team in activities for Dutch Wonderland, Old Mill Stream Campground and the Cartoon Network Hotel. Drive property-specific initiatives, and also resort-wide efforts.
• Develop resort mentality to increase guests' length of visit, reasons to stay onsite whilst leveraging opportunities to make the proposition compelling.
• Coordinate and execute all marketing functions, including B2C, B2B/group sales, events, online marketing, promotions, and public relations
• Serve as a key contact to Cartoon Network for discussion of brand usage and activations driving the Cartoon Network hotel.
• Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized, and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans, communication plans, and budgets for the park
• Lead and implement strategies within paid, earned, shared, and owned media channels
• Collaborate and engage with park leadership team, as well as other company stakeholders, in developing and executing a high-performance plan
• Compile, analyze, and distribute financial and performance metrics required to meet long-term company objectives
• Drive local public relations efforts, and relationships with key community partners.
• Lead and ensure proper marketing brand and standards are in place at the park, including signage, handouts, printed materials, etc.
• Coordinate efforts with other park departments to continually improve and deliver quality guest experiences to customers in all areas
• Grow earned media opportunities, and leverage social media to gain awareness for ticket offers, events, and programming
• Hire, support, and lead direct reports including Marketing seasonal team members.
• Act as Manager on Duty on a rotation with the leadership team, ensuring safe and enjoyable delivery of the experience to the guests visiting. -
