Grow as We Grow and Take Your Career to New Heights!As a District Manager, you will be responsible for managing the total service delivery for up to 20 or more apartment communities and providing direction and oversight for 15-30+ Service Valets within an assigned district. In this role, you will report to the Regional Director of Operations and work in collaboration with our sales team and ensure client satisfaction through ongoing client engagement and oversight of a part-time workforce responsible for trash and recycling collection on assigned properties.Salary range: $60,000-$65,000Bonus: target bonus is 10% of annual salary with potential to earn up to 2x target level with strong performance (bonus is divided and paid out quarterly)Company vehicle providedSchedule: This position requires willingness to work a variable schedule which includes hours in the morning/early afternoon and evening, depending on business needs. You will work from both a home office and in-field/community properties, as necessary up to 50% of the time.Essential duties include:Daily OperationsProvide on-call support to Service Valets and communities within split shift scheduleResponsible for recruiting, hiring and onboarding Service ValetsResponsible for ensuring daily/nightly completion of resident doorstep trash/recycle pick-up for assigned propertiesInspect properties regularly for resident and Service Valet complianceResponsible for creating and managing schedule for part-time workforceManage a labor budget of up to $150k depending on number of assigned propertiesPerforms other duties as assignedCustomer RetentionMakes informed decisions with consideration of customer/associate impact, ensuring maximum quality of serviceCreate and maintain cooperative working relationships and frequent communication with property staff through daily site visits and immediate response to questions and concernsPromote and educate property staff on any/all new service offerings from Valet LivingOrganizational ActivitiesComply with, promote and train on all safety policies and procedures.
